  • What is Bling Up?
    • We are a nail art group that specialize in Japanese style 3D nail art sets. This genre has expanded now to all over Asia and we now include inspirations and artist in Japan and Korea and create original and authentic nail art pieces.
  • How do I use these nails?
    • We are currently creating a page that will answer this question more completely. In the mean time, please do email us for any questions or concerns you may have regarding our nail sets. SHOP@BLINGUP.COM
  • How durable are these nails?
    • They are as durable as the user who wears them. Many factors determine whether the nails will stay on including the curvature of the user's natural nail bed, to the application technique, to even weather and/or heat. For maximum durability, we suggest taking our sets to your local trusted nail tech to have them professionally put on.
  • Is there somewhere I can see these designs in person?
    • Yes we have a working boutique where many of the designs are displayed and can be purchased. We are also at certain conventions and trade shows throughout the year.   • I see that an item is out of stock, can I order it anyway?
    • Yes, if nail set is visible but shows out of stock, you may order it as a pre-order. Purchased designs under a pre-order will have an extended lead time as that nail set will have to be re-made. However, if you see a set elsewhere but it is not visible on our website, it may not be available and would kindly ask that you contact us regarding its availability. There are many reasons as to why a certain design may be kept as a pre-order, or why it may no longer be offered. That decision is left up to the creative team.
  • How quickly do you ship?
    • If the design piece you would like is in stock, we typically ship within 1 business day. On occasion, if we are at a convention or a tradeshow, (although highly unlikely) shipping may be delayed an additional day. If you have any shipping requirements or conditions, please contact us by email (shop@blingup.com) or phone (213-537-6245) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Do you work with bloggers / influencers / reviewers /YouTube stars / etc?

  • Do you wholesale or work with any resellers?
    • At the moment, we do not. As each nail set is handcrafted, producing a large enough quantity to make it mutually beneficial for both the reseller and for our shop is, unfortunately, not feasible.
